Coaching strengthens personal power and presents an insight into personality, encouraging inspiration and new ways of doing things.
In coaching, we assume that people are responsible for their own development and hold the key to their own success. Coaching is a matter of revealing the answers and creating new perceptions. Only the trainees themselves can change their worlds.

Coaching often follows other consultancy courses dealing with different questions. For example, communication professionals who'd like to raise the internal profile of their department or directors who want to undertake a change management course or the municipal executive who simply feels there are better ways of working.

We distinguish between three forms of coaching:

1. business coaching for business professionals dealing with issues like communication strategy, project methodology, stakeholder management, operational management, entrepreneurship or personnel issues. The objective is to improve personal performance in relation to organisational development. 
2. personal coaching is about issues such as cooperation, leadership, personal resolve, stress, performance and development. The aim is to improve personal performance overall. 
3. team coaching is about cooperation, collaboration and learning in teams, where the entire team is involved. It is about raising awareness of collective behavioural patterns, interaction and thinking. The purpose of team coaching is to develop team learning.

Our trainers and coaches have wide-ranging work experience and various backgrounds such as NLP and MBTI.
