Creative Communication
Creative Communication is a course designed for managers and executives. The training provides new insights into management performance. Challenge, innovation and inspiration are central themes during the training sessions. The three-day programme is aimed at groups of around eight people and takes place in a hotel or conference centre.
Challenge
Participants see the impact and results of their own dedication, motivation and ways of working and are encouraged to challenge, where appropriate, their horizons.
Innovation
What does innovation mean? How can you always make the right choices at the right time, be energetic and dynamic, intuitive and true to your word? The training helps participants to take tangible steps and to act in ‘the here and now'.
In Depth
Participants achieve an insight into their own pattern of behaviour. Where appropriate, these habits can change. Trainees develop 360 degree awareness, learning when to let go of certain behavioural traits and how to delegate.
Inspiration
How do you draw inspiration from yourself? How can you communicate in an inspiring way? Participants develop a ‘language of colour' that helps them in communication where, without too many words, clarity and creativity originates and which can be applied at any time.
