Executive Expression
The ‘Executive Expression' programme is aimed at senior management, CEOs, Board members and Boards of Directors. True and authentic leadership development is at the heart of this training, designed for groups of between five and eight people. The training takes place over two sessions of two days each and is usually held at a hotel of conference centre. The themes within this program are:
Leadership and authenticity
Participants get ‘in touch with themselves', unconventional associations both as leader and as human being. Questions like "What leadership qualities do you have?" and "What kind of leader do you want to be?" are central. Developing authentic and effective leadership.
Creativity
How can you harness the personal creativity within? How can you release the creativity in the group in front of you?
Personal communication power
Empathetic communication supported by natural conviction. Motivate people, inspire people. Awareness of (not expressed) resistance and how to deal with it? You develop 360 degree awareness.
During training the group process is also considered with time for reflection. Moments of frustration, denial, relaxation, fun and discovery belong to the process. In a relaxed and inspiring learning environment, participants are challenged to see, use and experience personal qualities and pitfalls. During a simulation game participants are put in the firing line of leadership - testing the virtues and merits of listening, delegating, spacial awareness, creativity, authenticity, personal impact, rest, clarity, intuition and expert skill.
