Bex*communication starts 2021 with new board and management team
Eindhoven, December 16, 2020 - As of January 1, 2021 there will be a change of guard at Bex* communication. Serge van Rooij will join the board and Marlon van den Besselaar will become a member of the management team.
Monique Hendriks, current general manager of Bex*communication, will hand over the baton to Jhorna Erkens, who is already part of the management. As a result, Monique will leave the agency's executive board after 19 years and will focus on developing new services.
The changes in the board and management team fit in with Bex*'s policy and desire to innovate and rejuvenate and offer new talents growth opportunities.
Serge van Rooij joined Bex* Communications in 2002. He is currently responsible for the Bex*impact academy, where clients are trained and supervised in preparation for important communication moments. Serge van Rooij: "The past Corona period has
once again made it clear to me that Bex* is a solid agency that is highly appreciated by clients for the quality of its services. It's not for nothing that we will be 35 years old next year. I also see an agency with a lot of potential and I can't wait to explore all the new opportunities and possibilities with which we will further strengthen our position in the market".
Marlon van den Besselaar joined Bex* Communications in 2016 and will be team leader of the Campaigns team. With this, she will join the management team. Marlon van den Besselaar: "The past few years have been dominated by great opportunities to develop and grow. I am proud to be able to think along with you about the course of our agency from a fresh perspective and to help meet the needs of our people and our current and new clients".
Monique Hendriks will remain associated with Bex* as a partner and senior advisor. She will also remain a shareholder together with Noud Bex and Peter van den Besselaar. During her years as director, Monique has successfully implemented various organizational changes and developed new areas of expertise and markets. In the years in which she has been at the helm, she has made a substantial contribution to the continuity of the agency in sometimes very challenging times. In her new role, she will contribute to the further development of Bex* by exploring and developing new forms of services.
