Glassdoor Case Study: Disruptor in recruitment
Following England, France, and Germany, the Netherlands was the fourth European country where this American HR platform was introduced. Time for a launch with impact!
Glassdoor is a disruptor in the recruitment and HR industry. Bex* involved HR bloggers, influentials and top media - under embargo - at an early stage in the launch.
It resulted in extensive, positive media coverage on launch day, parallel to news coverage in general media such as NOS op 3, EenVandaag, NRC, Telegraaf, AD, Volkskrant, and multiple business media such as Sprout and ManagementSite.
Partly due to our decision to treat bloggers as top journalists, we achieved twice as much website traffic in the first days than Glassdoor did during its launch in France. Considering the size of the countries, we were 8 times more successful than France and 3 times more successful than Germany.
